ABOUT ME
Currently, I have a research position at "Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche-Istituto di Matematica Applicata e Tecnologie Informatiche “E. Magenes". Previously, I was a postdoc in Applied Mathematics since January 2025 at the University of Padua.
My research interests concern the study of mathematics from the point of view of applications. In particular, continuum mechanics enables a physical-mathematical description of the phenomenon of interest, while techniques of numerical analysis and machine learning facilitate its simulation and prediction. A fundamental point for me is the union of the two areas of mathematics, physics and numerical, which although different are complementary and allow to have a complete perspective of real and applied phenomena.
